Business Development Representative

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting POS system solutions to new and existing clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sourcing new customers and identifying business opportunities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conducting in-depth needs analysis and product demonstrations
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND UNDERSTANDING THEIR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Providing solution-based selling and demonstrating the value proposition of our software solutions
**Requirements:**
- Ability to converse in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Minimum diploma holder preferred (relevant working experience considered)
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
**Benefits:**
- Full claim on petrol, phone, and toll expenses
- Annual leave of 12 days
**Salary Range:** RM4,000 - RM10,000 per month, with continuous commission based on client retention
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (with arrangement to work on Sundays)
**Location:** KL area
