Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to collaborate with our sales, customer support, and partnership teams in driving sales conversions for our client's Small & Medium Business (SMB) and Commercial segments in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with Small & Medium Businesses and Commercial customers in Indonesia, focusing on sales conversion and revenue growth.
- Support inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Contribute to international market expansion efforts, leveraging your ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Stay updated on the SaaS landscape and effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or experienced professionals with strong communication skills in English and a hungry, driven, and coachable attitude.
- Proficient in CRM software, such as HubSpot, and computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to work in a hybrid environment with a focus on building customer relationships and driving sales growth.
