**Job Title:** Senior Recruiter/ Business Developer

**About the Role:** We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter/ Business Developer to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth for our company, SEER S&R.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities to expand our business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new business partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct effective business presentations to clients and provide customer-focused solutions to meet our business goals.
  • Responsible for project coordination, follow-up, and ensuring timely payment from clients.

**Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience in recruitment.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent field.
  • Computer literate and ability to work independently.
