**Key responsibilities**

This role will have a heavier focus on talent management (60%), where the major responsibilities include:
**Developing Talent**
- Performance management: Develop and implement processes to evaluate and manage employee performance, including goal setting, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
- Learning and development: Identify learning needs, develop and implement development plan to help employees grow and contribute.
- Career pathing and development: Help employees to define career goals, plan and manage career progression to provide career development opportunities.

**Motivating and Retaining Talent**
- Compensation and benefit: Perform market research and salary mapping, propose competitive salary, bonus, and benefit to attract and retain talent.
- Employee engagement: Develop and implement strategies to create positive work environment, including recognition program, activities, and work life balance.

**Optimizing Talent**
- Succession planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees to fill leadership or important job holder roles.
- Performance optimization: Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure employees are working at their peak potential.

**Secondary responsibilities**
- **Compliance (20%)**: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- **Orientation and onboarding (10%)**: Design and deliver orientation program, with a focus on a positive, informative, and welcoming experience that introduces employees to the organization and its culture.
- **Research (10%)**: Conduct research and stay updated on HR trends in talent development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Super (yes, super) passionate in learning and development, to help people grow and reach their full potentials to help people thrive in the workplace

**Skill**
- High proficiency in Excel and Word
- **Attention to detail**: Accomplish tasks through concern for all areas involved, show concern for all aspects of the job. Follow procedures exactly, perform routine tasks with care and attention.
- **Business focus**: Understand the business and competitive environment, recognize the drivers that lead to improving performance. Able to adopt a holistic perspective and understand what needs to be done that bring positive impact to the business in the long-term.
- **Compassion and develop others**: Genuinely cares about people, concerned with their career-related problems and able to spot the needs and provide appropriate guidance, advice, feedback to the clients and for improvement of people’s performance. Set clear direction and let people know what is expected of them.
- **Influencing**:Able to gain support and respect for proposals, develop positive business relationships, using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to inspire and guide people towards goal achievement, including using reason, data, facts, and figures and present them in logical manner.
- **Monitoring and evaluation**:Able to evaluate performance and effectiveness of others and projects through observation and review of documented activities.

**Good-to-know**
- Occasional travel to different states for work purpose to support clients on-site.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
