**ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY**
- Finance Executive is responsible for monitoring an organisation's income, investments and expenses. Finance executive’s duties ensure sufficient funds available for operating and other activities. Treasury also responsible on implement company policies regarding documentation and other financial information.

**MAIN TASK**

**Account Payable**
- Perform reconciliation daily bank statements with SAP system
- Monitoring and performing the vendor registration with supporting documents in MDM system
- Monitoring invoicing with Non Purchase Order, staff claim, cash advance and advance payment through Guas system
- To perform transaction, document review, and the integrity of the Company Business System, ERP-SAP, online banking etc
- Monitoring the listing of purchase order with complete GR/SES processing and issuing invoicing in SAP
- To liaise with internal and external parties to maintain working relationship and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirement.
- To prepare actual monthly cash flow and planning forecast cash flow
- Preparing Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) quarterly reporting and ensure compliant with central bank regulation

**Account Receivable**
- Preparing for implementation AR management rule setting
- Preparing procedures for Sales AR
- Preparing setting R&R between Sales Department

Follow all plant safety and environment regulations and requirements.

Participate in activities to the company including report an incident to superior continuously improve quality performance. participate in department and site safety & environment initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
