As a Maintenance Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of Maintenances, and maintenance from initiation through to closeout.
- Develop comprehensive Maintenance plans, encompassing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define clear Maintenance objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Observe and implement maintenance procedures.
- Ensure that Maintenances procedures are adhere rigorously to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular walkabouts to ensure efficient and safe working processes and procedures are strictly followed.
- Maintaining all machineries & equipments to ensure they are at good and safe working standard
- Proactively monitor and manage Maintenance risks, issues, and changes.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Maintenance updates.
- Provide guidance and exemplary leadership to Maintenance teams, which may include engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Continuously monitor Maintenance progress and performance, reporting on key performance metrics.
- Documenting and preparing progress reports for Claiming and routine management report.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance Maintenance efficiency.
- Effectively manage Maintenance finances, encompassing budgeting and cost control. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
- Overseeing and approving requisition orders according to authorization matrix and purchasing procedures.
- Ensure that Maintenance documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Contribute valuably to post-Maintenance evaluations and lessons learned sessions.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
