**职位概述**

该职位负责所有餐饮运作，包括所有厨房、餐厅、饮料和客房服务运作。监督客人和员工满意度，维护标准并满足或超越财务目标。表现出对所有适用餐饮法律法规的了解和掌握。制定和实施餐饮业务计划。

**教育和经验要求**
- 高中文凭或高中同等学历 (GED)；4 年餐饮、厨房或相关专业领域工作经验。

或者
- 在经认可的大学取得餐饮服务管理、酒店和餐厅管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位；2 年餐饮、厨房或相关专业领域工作经验。

**核心工作活动**

**制定和维护预算**
- 制定和管理餐饮部门的所有财务、员工敬业度和客人满意度计划与行动。
- 保持厨房和餐厅运作的成本管理正指标。
- 利用预算来了解财务目标。

**领导餐饮团队**
- 管理餐饮部门（不包括餐饮销售）。
- 监督和管理员工。管理所有日常运营。充分了解员工的职位，以便在员工缺勤时履行职责。
- 利用人际关系和沟通技巧来引导、影响和鼓励他人；倡导健全的财务/业务决策；表现出诚实/正直；以身作则。
- 监督所有厨房、餐厅、饮料和客房服务运作。
- 营造和培养强调激励、赋权、团队合作、持续改进和服务热情的酒店环境。
- 为所有员工提供卓越的客户服务。
- 快速响应并积极应对员工关注的问题。
- 提供专注于持续改进的学习氛围。
- 为团队成员提供积极的辅导和咨询。
- 鼓励和建立团队成员之间的相互信任、尊重和合作。
- 确保并保持员工的工作效率水平。
