Manage and oversee supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and coordination.
- Optimize the use of premises, assets, and communication channels for effective operations.
- Act as a key liaison between the operations team and third-party delivery partners.
- Supervise order processing and organize delivery partner routes for optimal efficiency.
- Prepare reports on production capacity, job completion, and delays.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain product quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area for efficient workflow.
- Assist with inventory management and report stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify process improvements and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle a high volume of inquiries through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers, maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude.
- Guide customers in placing orders and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Work closely with teams to enhance operational systems and support organizational goals.
- Contribute to organizational planning and strategy for short and long-term success.

**Job Requirement**
- Demonstrated expertise as a logistics executive with a strong background in customer service preferred.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple processes simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
