Job Title: Junior Logistics Coordinator Location: Johor Bahru

Division/Department: Operation Department Reports to: Operation Manager

Level/Salary Range: RM3000 - RM5500 Position Type: Full - Time

Logistics Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation and execution of truck orders. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams to optimize truck scheduling, monitor routes, and assist in resolving operational issues. You'll work closely with senior team members to streamline processes and enhance overall logistics efficiency.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field;
- A minimum of three years of responsible experience in logistics position;
- A minimum of three years of experience in supply chain and logistics industries field.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing truck orders and schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and clients to ensure timely delivery and pick-up.
- Monitor and analyze routes to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to improve processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of truck assignments, deliveries, and fuel usage.
- Support senior executives in implementing strategies for improved logistics performance.
- Learn and adapt to industry-specific software and tools used for logistics management.
- Deal and manage drivers performance.
- Support customer service to cater customer needs.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Microsoft Office Operating Knowledge.
- Basic transport and logistics Knowledge.

ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication including verbal and written in Malay/English
- Able to influence and negotiate with others.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions.
