Assistant Account Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in general administrative works and basic accounting matters
- Liaise with all subsidiaries and branches on stocks matters
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all administrative tasks
- Update price tag in timely manner if there is any changes
- Take photos of new products and create price tag for newly arrived products
- Perform clerical tasks, including filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
- Responsible for maintaining the accounting filing system both digitally and in hard copy
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required
**Job Requirements**:
- Experienced / Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Mandarin is a must)
- Excellent in using Autocount and Microsoft software (Excel/Word & etc)
- Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skill to excellent administrative and organizational skill
- Able to work in team and to start work immediately
Job Type : Full Time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm)
Schedule : Day shift
**Salary**: RM2,500 and above (Based on experience)
Location : Lot 1903A, Ground Floor, Jalan KPB 7 Kawasan Perindustrian Kg Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
