We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Customer Service Assistant. As a vital part of our customer service and sales support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless processing of orders, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of quotations and sales orders, processing customer orders, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and product returns.
- Assist in the organisation of key customer meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Support credit control activities by maintaining payment records and following up on overdue accounts.
- Manage customer accounts and update databases with accurate information.
- Manage incoming calls and messages from customers on various platforms.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements.

**Note**: The customer service assistant will work closely with sales personnel and customer service team to provide essential support in various customer service and administrative tasks.

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. The ability to speak other languages, such as Mandarin, is an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to changes and meet business needs in a dynamic environment.
