**Grievance Management**: Assist in managing and resolving customer grievances in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
