**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the food preparation process in production line.
- Cooking and preparing vegetables, meats, and fish.
- Ensure all food ingredients purchased are of a good quality and stored correctly.
- To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement.
- Ensure that work is carried out to the highest health, safety and hygiene standards.
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage
- To learn and record skills and recipes from Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team.
- To follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen and clean the section and other areas as directed.
- Assist in events as requested by the Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
