DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Update daily trackers for middle mile operational functions in SPX Xpress
- Monitor, track and check daily activities and utilization levels against the targeted number
- Provide information to stakeholders about daily tracker performance or whenever is required
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly summary reports for all operational functions in SPX Xpress
- Coordinate operations performance result with respective functional PIC
- Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to push for process and system improvements
- Maintain updated records for all operations trackers
- Oversee the performance level and highlight to relevant stakeholders whenever the target is not achieved
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per requested by the department head/reporting line

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations is preferred
- Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment
- Working pattern**:45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)**:
