JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's Degree Or Master Degree in Science (preferably in technical areas i.e Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc) 2. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience 3. Working experience with a publicly listed company is an advantage 4. Strong command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English 5. Experienced in Technology Venture Fund JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Tech Investment Strategy: Develop investment strategies aligned with company's goals and market trends in tech sectors. 2. Deal Sourcing: Source and evaluate tech investment opportunities from various channels including networks, VC firms, and accelerators. 3. Financial Analysis: Analyse tech start-ups’ financials, growth potential, and scalability for investment decisions. 4. Investment Execution: Lead investment transactions, manage negotiations, and handle documentation. 5. Portfolio Management: Monitor tech investments' performance, conduct reviews, track trends, and analyse financials. 6. Market Research: Stay updated on tech advancements, industry trends, and conduct in-depth research for investment themes.
