**KEY ROLES**
- Manage procurement activities including quotation and tender management, vendor management, contract management and procurement system management.
- To prepare and produce paper to be presented at Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Sebutharga (JKPS), Jawatankuasa Lembaga Tender (JKT), Jawatankuasa Kos, Piawaian dan Kerja (JKPK) meeting at Campus and Chancellery.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of new contracts, contract renewals, and contract performance reporting.
- Process and monitoring of the CAPEX, OPEX and RMK budget.
- Engage in procurement enhancement and vendor management system improvements.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and university policies.
- Review and provide advice on improving the procurement process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Bachelor in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in purchasing and procurement.
- Experience in handling procurement process which include tender and quotation management, vendor management and Procurement ISO compliance management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated with ability to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate especially in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and experience in Electronic Purchase Order (EPR) system will be an added advantage.
