**Responsibilities**:
1. **Receipts and Records**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing items, including materials, machinery, spare parts, etc.
- Handle receipts and documentation for all incoming and outgoing items.

2. **Quality Inspection**:

- Inspect the quality and quantity of materials and machinery upon receipt.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues for accounting and reimbursement purposes.

3. **Warehouse Management**:

- Organize and maintain the warehouse for materials and machinery in an orderly manner.
- Ensure housekeeping in and around the storage area, keeping it clean and organized.

4. **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate the receiving and issuing of materials, as well as the logistics for machinery.
- Prepare delivery orders and ensure accurate documentation for outgoing stock.

5. **Inventory Control**:

- Use systems such as the Hilti Barcode System to track machinery.
- Conduct weekly stock takes to reconcile physical inventory with records, reporting any discrepancies.

6. **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Arrange for servicing and repairs of machinery as needed.

7. **Housekeeping and Organization**:

- Maintain proper housekeeping, including rearranging floor layout and goods in the store or assigned area based on product categories.

8. **Stock Management**:

- Carry out stock counts regularly to ensure accuracy and keep stock variances within acceptable tolerance levels.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Able to support emergency work during weekend.
- Able to know to use computer, test will be given (excel)
- Having license (car and motor)
- 40 years old and above.
- Able to understand and written in Malay and English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and barcode tracking systems.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and identify discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Communication and coordination skills to manage logistics and coordinate with various teams.
- Problem-solving abilities to address maintenance and repair issues efficiently.
