About The Team
Talent Acquisition Center-International was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & deliveries across the world for different business units at TikTok outside China sustainably. Our mission is boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies;
2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines;
5. Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results;
6. Follow end-to-end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the hi-tech or internet industry;
2. Strong data sense and able to identify and solve recruitment process issues through data;
3. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills;

Preferred Qualifications
1. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability;
2. Experience in building and executing recruiting processes is preferred;
