**About the Role**
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you support the People Operations team in three key areas:
- Promote SUPA’s employer brand presence by increasing awareness and engagement externally. You will work alongside the People Operations, Delivery, and Product Design teams in collaboration with our Leadership team.
- Strengthen our people-oriented culture at SUPA. You will contribute to engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and team unity internally, initiating organic opportunities for content generation.
There will be times when People Operations partners with the Community Management team on Talent Acquisition strategy and planning. When that happens, you may be required to lend your wholehearted support to add value through recruitment activities. This is dependent on the volume of internal team hiring needs.
The combination of these experiences provides a wide range of exposure to the different aspects of Talent and what it takes to build a great employer brand in the market.
The minimum internship period is three months.
**Your Responsibilities**
Your primary focus revolves around operations in the Talent Acquisition function. This includes tasks such as:
- Developing, strategizing and posting job ads while reviewing recruitment analytics.
- Setting up interview processes and coordinating interviews internally.
- Preparing interview documentation pre and post-interview.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create positive talent experiences.
- Support the People Operations Team with day-to-day and ad hoc tasks.
To support in driving all talent acquisition strategies, you will contribute to our Employer Branding initiatives:
- Plan and execute content generation strategies on social media channels and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, etc.
- Research industry trends on employer branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and other functional areas to implement best practices in the context of SUPA.

**Requirements and Skills (You Should Come With)**
- An excellent communicator with a passion for writing and connecting with people from all walks of life
- Approachable and enthusiastic with a deep interest and heart for working with people
- Familiarity with social media platforms, marketing tools such as HubSpot, and design platforms like Canva.
- Analytical and research-oriented; able to identify process improvements to make data-driven decisions.
- Impeccable organizational and planning to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing the final year of your Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, psychology, etc.).
**Bonus If You Have**
- Work experience or extracurricular participation in HR, Marketing, or Design functions.
- Previous internships particularly within the tech industry or startup environments.
