**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creating staffing strategies for assigned client groups to include proactively working with clients to ensure we are building talent pipelines.
- Developing, planning, directing, and evaluating the external recruitment and selection and/or internal transfer process to satisfy the organization's staffing requirements.
- Building the sourcing plan and ensuring broad access and awareness to open positions through the internet, networking sites and social media.
- Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
- Preparing ratings on applicants, making recommendations on starting salaries and providing applicants with information on the company.
- Administering tests/assessments and interpreting results, checking references, arranging transportation of selected applicants, extend formal offers of employment and acts as a liaison with employment agencies and outside vendors, etc.
- Supporting the building of internal employee referral programs.
- Responsible to the entire stage of pre-hire processes ranging from source, attract, recruit
- On assigned market/affiliate, partner and conduct recruitment strategy discussions with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to assume the role, and meet hiring goals, expectations and dynamic business needs
- Prepares and maintains standard and ad hoc reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Maintain pool of graduates through participating in job fairs, job events and/or building relationship with Universities for hiring/internships
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Market mapping organizations for identification of passive talent in line with Amway’s talent pipelines for future hiring needs of assigned country/affiliate
- Research trends in staffing industry and promote modern talent acquisition & best practices. Promote and support data driven talent acquisition approach
- Responsible to conduct pre-onboarding, new hire’s orientation (welcome new hires & check documents for payroll submission) and onboarding programs in alignment with global standards and in partnership with assigned country/affiliate.
- Update Knowledge Management (i.e. HRMS /Handbook/SPB / Sharepoint) documentation from Talent Acquisition perspective
- Focal points and execute global/local programs and initiatives under the sponsorship of HR CoEs - D&I / Global Mobility / EVP / Employment Brand (i.e. social media presence from Talent Acquisition perspective)
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience**:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment as External or Internal recruiter
- Proven experience in hiring for Technology and having a high-volume recruitment coordination background is a plus
- Good networking, strong customer focus and relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrates sound understanding of recruitment and local talent market, sourcing tools, interviewing, evaluation & assessment process and selection techniques which will support the execution and administration of talent acquisition processes and activities supporting markets in the region
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management - which allows you to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines even under time pressure
- Ability to work independently with supervision
