**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client, a leading Australian sustainable solutions company with a vision to lead the Circular Economy through innovative Packaging, Reuse, and Recycling solutions, is currently looking for a **Talent Acquisition Partner** to support the business in delivering agreed best practices, customer-focused recruitment, and strategies that attract and retain the best talent.

As the **Talent Acquisition Partner,** you should be an experienced end-to-end recruitment professional and will be responsible for recruiting positions across the organization. This role reports to the Group Manager for Talent.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 40 % - Recruitment activities:

- Undertake recruitment activities, following the recruitment process and agreed service levels, including but not limited to raising ereqs, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, reference checking, extending verbal offers, talent management, using provided tools and templates and
- 30% - Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build an understanding of ongoing talent requirements and workforce demand plans
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team and HR community to identify critical roles and understand where the talent gaps are within the business
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the drivers of cost, profit and productivity
- Attend stakeholders’ meetings on a frequent and regular basis
- Undertake regular site visits
- Educate and coach stakeholders on the recruitment process and tools used.
- 10 % - Sourcing and Talent management:

- Develop a deep understanding of key stakeholders’ short and medium-term resourcing challenges and design proactive sourcing strategies in support
- Maintain continuous focus on talent mapping, industry trends and key sources for critical talent
- Create and maintain strong networks with potential applicants
- Create and maintain talent pools
- Effective use of sourcing tools
- Proficient with passive sourcing technologies eg. Social and digital media, ATS and CRM database searches, and job boards.
- 10% - Teamwork:

- Contribute to the management of the Recruitment Administrator’s workload in conjunction with the Sourcing Specialist where applicable
- Provide coaching to the Recruitment Administrator, assisting them to meet and exceed their goals and objectives in their role
- Attend, contribute to and run portfolio, and team meetings
- Quality control in using, and encouraging others to use, approved branding and templates
- Provide support outside of the usual portfolio to assist with the team’s service delivery as required
- Assist broader team where and when required
- Assist in the implementation of value-adding recruitment solutions.
- Contribute, lead project and continuous improvement initiatives as required
- Compliant use of ATS to ensure the process is followed to mitigate risk and that data is clean and reliable
- Ensure values are central to process, decision making and user experience

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years experience working in either an internal or external large corporate recruitment environment
- Proven successful background as a proactive talent and recruitment specialist
- Experience in volume hiring, assessment centers, and talent pipelining is desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing is desirable
- Previous experience with relevant ATS systems is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of recruitment policy, processes, and industry best practices
- A high attention to design detail.
- Solid communication skills and experience working in a corporate setup and within a team environment.
- Passionate and always willing to learn, takes feedback well in a collaborative environment
