Talent Acquisition Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and future needs.
- Partner with leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand workforce requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials that effectively communicate the company's culture, values, and benefits.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and talent acquisition best practices, continuously innovating and optimizing processes.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong ability to work independently and in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in managing multiple positions/headcounts within the deadline.
- Tech-related industry experience is preferred.
