**About the Job**

Kenny Hills Bakers is looking for an experienced, dynamic individual who is a people-person, and understands the importance and know-how of implementing a people-first and value-driven Culture.

**Job Scope**
- Assist in the development of employee retention programs and team-building activities
- Assist in the development of a diverse, healthy work environment to promote employee wellbeing, motivation, and energy
- Craft policies that support internal promotions
- Provide day-to-day support on recruiting process and administer the requisition hiring activities
- Create hiring policies that reflect the Culture we want to adopt and the type of talent we want to attract
- Assist in the preparation of Letters of Offer and Employment Contracts
- Ensure all employee database all up to date physical and digital including contract and work permits
- Create a brand-aligned interviewing and onboarding process for all talents
- Create a brand-aligned introduction and orientation process for all new hires
- Perform recruitment data collection and analysis
- Monitor and report on turnover rates
- Create and distribute brand-aligned Company Communications throughout the Team, such as guidelines, FAQs and relevant documents about company policies

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or relevant roles
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (pay, benefits & compensation, recruitment, training & development)
- Experience in Hospitality/F&B is an advantage
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team spirit
- Driven and dynamic
- People-centric mentality
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field (plus point)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
