Job Responsibilities:

- Labor Relations Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to labor relations, including collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and arbitration proceedings.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with union representatives and other employee advocacy groups.
- Investigate employee grievances and complaints related to labor relations issues, working closely with managers and union representatives to find equitable resolutions.
- Mediate disputes between employees and management, promoting open communication and fostering trust among all parties.

Collective Bargaining Negotiations:

- Lead or participate in collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions, ensuring that agreements are fair, reasonable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Analyze market trends and industry standards to inform bargaining strategies and proposals.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts to build a pipeline of future leaders

Policy Development and Compliance:

- Develop and update policies and procedures related to industrial relations, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on labor relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution techniques.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure that organizational policies and practices remain compliant.
- Monitor labor law compliance at all levels of the organization and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement and development plans for their teams.

Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Administration:

- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.

Qualification and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with 3 years exposure in HR Business Partner role.
- Preferred with experiences in labor relations, including collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and arbitration proceedings
- Familiar with labor laws and regulations and ensure that organizational policies and practices remain compliant.
- Traveling required (Within Malaysia)

**Salary**: From RM8,000.00 per month
