HR Admin Executive

**Location**:Ayer Keroh, Melaka
**Position: HR Admin Executive (IR/ER/FW - Manufacturing)**
**Required: Immediate Intake / Less than 1 month notice **
**Interview: 1st round ONLINE, 2nd round Face to Face**
**Tenure: Permanent**
**Remuneration**:Subject to experience
- Employee welfare & Employee Relation.
- Liaison with various staff and managers to identify needs and develop engagement programme.
- Taking initiatives to arrange engage employee at their work
- Taking annually survey in order to understand sufficient employee engagement activities are carried out at factory
- Planning and executing bia monthly events for employees
- Develop, implement, and maintain human resource policies and procedures in order to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of employees throughout the organization.
- Able to provide support and advice to Department Heads to ensure speedy redressal of grievances or disciplinary issues.
- Advise and consult with departmental managers in respect of any disciplinary matter; and assist managers to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained in employees’ personal files
- Administer employees disciplinary, employment related legal matters, union matters, employee handbook and etc.
- Ensuring foreign workers working permits and passports are valid.
- Administer and ensure all activities related to employee relations run smoothly; foreign worker matters, staff’s welfare, uniforms, employee engagement events, HR notice board and memo.
- Administer government legal matters and liaise with government related agencies, local authorities and etc.
- Any other related HR matters.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in HR /business related degree
- 3 + years’ experience ideally within companies/industries which are suitable for the role e.g. HR Partner in recruitment, industrial relation and employee welfare, foreign workers, where they have driven changes effectively
- Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR Policies and Procedures, etc.
- Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
