**Job Description**:

- The Anjung Group is looking for a dynamic Admin & HR Executive to be part of its growing staff.
Duties include:
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Data entry (Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint.)
- Set a filing system and organise folders
- Providing administration support to Management team
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities requested by the management from time to time.
