Subang Jaya, Malaysia ABX Express (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Make preparations for onboarding staff.
- Prepare ID card for new joiners.
- Prepare welcome kit during staff onboarding including enrolling into attendance system.
- Assist in the offboarding process, collecting company property and updating employee records accordingly.
- Monitor and keep track of company uniform distribution.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR related queries and provide necessary information or escalate issues to the HR Team as needed.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilities communication between employees and benefits providers.
- Assist in doing employment pass and working permit.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
- Assists with planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Update and monitor staff medical claims.
- Prepare summary report and upload file for EM Part Timer.
- Prepare summary report for outsource claim & part timer.
- Ensure approval is completed for Finance payment processing.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Admin.
- Have own transport as may need to travel for work purposes.
- Good communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
