HR & Admin Executive

Scope and General Purpose of Job:

**Responsibilities**:
I. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring
accuracy and confidentiality.
II. Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
III. Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, and purchasing requests.
IV. Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
V. Collaborate with person in charge to manage employee records, attendance, and
vacation schedules.
VI. Handling all the Employee matters;
VII. Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip,
Form EA.
VIII. Preparing statutory payment and LHDN documents
IX. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database,
etc.) of each employee
X. Manage holiday calendars and leave balance.
XI. Assist in any other tasks assigned
XII. Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to
XIII. Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

▪ Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.
▪ Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software
programs.
▪ A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively
educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
▪ Honest, ethical, and dependable.
▪ 5+ years of management experience in HR.
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
