Sales Assistant Manager

- Collaborate with the executive team to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the team's skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual and team performance and company's monthly target.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts for presentation to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
