Managing Chef/ Pastry Chef

Develop and roll out base products for the group’s lifestyle and retail business catering to the mass market;
- Spearhead development of new products and enhanced base products;
- Research to ensure consumers' product acceptance & satisfaction;
- Oversee and manage the operation of the central kitchen, which includes and is not limited to the following:

- Hiring and training of staff;
- Overseeing central kitchen setup in terms of equipment and machinery needs;
- Managing ingredients supplies and inventory;
- Overseeing and involved in day-to-day product preparation and delivery to retail locations;
- Creating a harmonious working environment; and
- Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a pastry chef or chef instructor.
- Strong interest in dessert product development.
