**BASIC**
- To manage the full operational and safe delivery of Rides & Attractions Theme Park business units for Genting SkyWorlds and Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park
- Major task and responsibilities include business development, liaison, planning, organizing and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Work with international IP (Fox/Disney) to obtain consent and approvals to operate the Rides and Attractions
- Plan and design the ride layout and queue management
- Work alongside the project and technical teams to obtain permission to operate certification (TUV Third Party, JKKP, Bomba)
- Responsible for the profit and loss account for department
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve continual improvements in visitation and employee satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with SOP’s, regulations, company and safety regulations and excellent customer service
- To explore business opportunities and developing new concept and ideas to improve the revenue
- To maintain the work relationship, include both inside and outside company with internal and external
- Build effective teams through performance management, training and development
- Set budgetary and cost control strategies
- Undertaking the roles of Park 1 and Director-on-Duty on a rotational basis
- Finding ways to increase the business revenue with more ride availability for wider demographic and to identify the opportunity in order to meet revenue and profitability goals of the department
- Setting up Operational requirements for rides during FAT/SAT
- Migrated all Assessments from hardcopies to iLearn (electronic) for SkyT, and GSW R&A
- Working together to get all the daily paperwork to be digitalized for GSW (1st phase) and SkyT R&A
- Study and Conduct new Attractions training on Theory of Operations
- Responsible for SOP, Paperwork and Assessments creation
- Responsible for evacuation trainings/drills internally/externally both for controlled/uncontrolled situations for rides and also assist on park wide evacuations

**MAJOR TASKS**
- Major task and responsibilities include business development, liaison, planning, organizing and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Providing Leadership Skills
- Work with international IP Partner (Fox/Disney) to obtain consent and approvals to operate the Rides and Attractions
- Work alongside the project and technical teams to obtain permission to operate certification (TUV Third Party, JKKP, Bomba)
- Responsible for the profit and loss account for department
- Manage the Indoor (Skytropolis and Outdoor Theme Park (SkyWorlds) including leading the development of SOP manpower planning and weekly report on efficiency.
- Lead team to develop and review all Risk Assessments.
- To supervise and monitor the daily operation, staff performance. Play an active role to lead and support the operation teamto meet the company's objective and goals.
- Employee development, coaching, guidance and monitoring subordinates job performance.
- Customer Service Recovery
- To explore business opportunities and developing new concept and ideas to improve the revenue
- Completing work assigned on time.
- To define, delegate tasks for subordinates.
- Determine the workflow processes.
- To prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- To propose the projected profit and loss budget and manpower planning.
- To plan and monitor the employee welfare.
- To maintain the work relationship, include both inside and outside company with internal and external.
- Leading the External Audit
- Participate on the Senior Manager On-Duty.
