- Our service encompasses end-to-end project management: design, supply, delivery, fabrication, installation until system commissioning._

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**QA/QC INSPECTOR**
- Inspect coatings applied to surfaces, such for pipelines, according to latest industry standards and Petronas specification and requirements.
- Witnessing adhesion, thickness, and hardness tests on coatings using tools such as adhesion testers, thickness gauges, and hardness testers.
- Ensure that coatings meet specifications and are applied correctly, identifying defects and recommending remedial actions.
- Record and report all inspection results, including documenting non-conformance and preparing reports for Petronas and project.
- Monitor and maintain inspection equipment, ensuring that it is calibrated and in good working order.
- Conduct site inspections to assess coating conditions and recommend maintenance or repair work as needed.
- Supervise inspection on the work site for visual inspect, joint coating, sleeve and holiday test for pipeline.
- Any other ad-hoc duties required by Head of Department.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Possess Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any discipline or other relevant studies.
- Minimum 5 years Work Experiences in QA/QC supervision in construction with Oil & Gas Industry.
- BGAS/CSWIP(level 3 or Level 2) of NACE Level 2 or IMM level 2 or ICORR level 2 or equivalent.
- Registered with CIDB.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work at Simpang Ampat or Lubok China, Melaka.
- Posses own transport and valid driving license.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
