**Your primary responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Expand members’ mileage accrual/redemption options and identify new partners in market:

- Actively source, identify and evaluate new potential KrisFlyer/Kris+ partners
- Negotiate contracts and propose commercial terms for engagement
- Technical setup for partner onboarding
- Launch and marketing of new partnerships

**Manage and oversee existing partnerships**:

- Conduct performance reviews, plan for initiatives and strategies with each partner
- Conduct contract renewal - Renegotiations or extensions
- Maintain and enhance relationship with partners
- Handle admin/servicing issues faced by partners and members

Increase KF membership base and engagement in collaboration with Marketing:

- Identify potential areas, activities and tacticals through partners that can support membership growth and engagement
- Explore tactical promotions with partners
- Implement curated KF Experiences and local KF events with partners
- Handling KF communications through social media

**; Requirements: - Requirements**:

- Degree holder preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills including interpersonal, oral, written, negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercially minded, organised and able to balance multiple partner relationships
- A good team player and collaborator with ability to multitask, work under pressure and possesses drive to achieve optimum results
- Relevant experience in loyalty programme/partnerships is beneficial
- Relevant contacts of partners in MARKET to value add to KrisFlyer / Kris+ partner ecosystem is highly desirable
