**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and secure new partnership opportunities with businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations to expand Sigma School’s reach and impact.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, maintaining and enhancing relationships through regular communication, collaboration, and mutual value creation.
- Strategy and Execution: Work closely with the Sigma School leadership team to develop and implement strategies for partnership engagement, B2B sales, and collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the coding education sector, adapting partnership strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of funding campaigns and co-marketing efforts with partners, ensuring alignment with Sigma School’s brand and educational goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships and campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize results.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for education and technology.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
