Global Partnership and Business Strategy Executive

The Global Partnership and Business Strategy Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing partnership strategies to onboard NGOs, organizations, and partners that align with TheNoor App’s mission. This role involves extensive collaboration and coordination to ensure effective integration of new partners into the platform, enhancing TheNoor’s local and global impact and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development
a) Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential NGO and organizational partners whose missions and visions align with those of TheNoor. This includes assessing the goals, values, and impact of prospective partners to ensure compatibility.
b) Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders within these organizations. This involves regular communication, relationship building, and collaboration to ensure mutual understanding and alignment of objectives.
c) Lead the negotiation process to establish partnership agreements that align with TheNoor’s strategic goals and operational capacities. This includes defining the terms of collaboration, setting clear expectations, and ensuring that the partnership delivers value to both parties while supporting TheNoor’s long-term objectives.
2. On-boarding and Integration
a) Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new partners into TheNoor’s ecosystem. This involves coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure all necessary preparations and resources are in place for a smooth transition.
b) Supervise the registration and integration of new partners into the BatCave system, ensuring strict adherence to TheNoor’s standards, protocols, and compliance requirements. This includes verifying that all partner information is accurately entered and system functionalities are correctly utilized.
c) Offer comprehensive guidance and support to new partners throughout the onboarding process. This includes providing clear instructions, addressing any concerns or issues promptly, and ensuring partners are fully equipped to engage with TheNoor’s platform effectively.
3. Business Strategy Implementation
a) Actively participate in the formulation and execution of business strategies designed to expand TheNoor’s outreach and amplify its impact. This includes collaborating with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives with the organization’s mission and vision.
b) Conduct thorough analysis of market trends to inform and adapt partnership strategies, ensuring TheNoor capitalizes on emerging opportunities for growth and collaboration. This involves continuous monitoring of industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
c) Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that accurately track and communicate the performance and progress of partnerships. These reports will provide insights into key metrics, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and strategies are adjusted as necessary.
4. Support
a) Design and deliver comprehensive information, support materials, and training programs for new partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize TheNoor’s platform effectively. This includes creating detailed user guides, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing technical support to address any issues or questions that may arise, thereby ensuring a smooth and successful integration into TheNoor’s ecosystem.
5. Compliance and Reporting
a) Ensure that all partnerships adhere to applicable legal and ethical standards. This includes conducting regular audits, staying updated on relevant regulations, and implementing compliance protocols to mitigate risks and uphold TheNoor’s reputation for integrity and responsibility.
b) Maintain precise and detailed records of all partnership activities, systematically monitoring performance metrics to provide comprehensive reports to senior management. This involves using data analytics to track key indicators, assess the effectiveness of partnerships, and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes and align with TheNoor’s strategic objectives.
6. Task Execution as Instructed by Superior
a) Undertake additional duties and manage projects as assigned by the Head of Global Partnership and Business Strategy. This includes handling tasks with a high level of professionalism, meeting deadlines, and ensuring alignment with TheNoor’s strategic priorities.
b) Adapt to evolving business needs and actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the organization. This involves collaborating with various departments, demonstrating flexibility, and leveraging diverse skill sets to support TheNoor’s overall goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
