**Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and handling of related task in general accounting and book keeping.

2. Able to handle account book keeping, assist in accounts transaction, checking, verification.

3. Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision, ensuring all payments and receipts are processed accurately and efficiently.

4. Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.

5. Recording information, processing, and filing documents and forms.

6. Updating ledgers, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

7. Performing bank reconciliation of account.

8. Assist in controlling ageing debtors and creditors. Follow up, highlight, and update the long-outstanding account and problem invoices to superior.

9. Manage payroll activities and release salaries.

10. Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.

11. Must be able to work independently and schedule work effectively.

**Requirements**:
3. Knowledgeable in AutoCount Accounting and MS Office (Excel and Word)

4. Required Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

5. Positive working attitudes, responsible and dedicate to work
