Automotive Foreman, Service Department

Oversee daily operations of service department, including training, maintenance and managing staffs’ schedules.
- Supervise the progress of each repair order throughout the day and ensures repairs are charged out correctly.
- Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks.
- Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies/equipment as needed.
- Oversee safety standards to ensure the workplace area complies with company safety policies.
- Implement strategies to optimize workflow and operation efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum qualification of SKM ll or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related experience including supervisory/lead experience.
- Possessed valid D/B2 driving license.
- Considerable automotive and operation management knowledge, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Possessed strong leadership abilities, great communication skills and an IT literate.
- Willing to work long hours and overtime, if required.
- Able to adapt, overcome and organize in a constantly changing automotive field.
- Willing to work in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Foreman: 1 year (preferred)
