Verify quantities and quality of items received and ensure they match purchase orders or delivery documents. - Stock Organization: Arrange and maintain inventory in an orderly manner, ensuring proper labelling, categorization, and storage to facilitate easy access and retrieval. - Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels regularly to avoid shortages or overstock situations. - Documentation: Update stock databases, stock cards, and other documentation to reflect stock movements and transactions. - Stock Receiving and Dispatching: Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring accurate recording, inspection, and proper handling of items. - Health and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the store or warehouse area. - Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and related metrics. Provide inventory-related information and data to management or other stakeholders as required. - Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective coordination and communication regarding inventory-related matters.
