Responsibilities:

- Handling and assisting with Accounts Payable - preparation of cheques, TT, Credit Card Payments and required vouchers/documentations.
- Process and validate expenses reimbursements based on Company Policy.
- Vendor SOA Reconciliation / Credit Card Statement Reconciliation.
- Weekly dissemination on closing rates.
- Assist with audit schedules and financial reports.
- Update and maintain filing system and records.
- Update and monitor cash flow.
- Monitor AR and prepare statement of accounts.
- Prepare and submit GST.
- Support monthly and year end closing activities
- .Able to do full sets of accounts
- Check and monitor inventory accounts. Assist in HR administrative duties.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- The Pre-Requisites:

- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Ability to speak Chinese dialects
- Minimally, a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Appropriate accounting qualifications will be a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Must be a detailed, patient and fast worker
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office eg. Excel, Word
- Drive to exceed expectations and in delivering excellence.
