- Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc.
- Ensure all outbound shipping documentation is processed in a timely manner and complies with customers’ requirement
- Ensure all inbound clearance clear in time
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas offices, customers and shipping forwarders to ensure smooth transaction in shipments
- Arrange courier of samples and documents
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
