**Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in Administrator, Business Management, Business Study or Equivalent
- Up to 3 to 4 years experience in this field
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Effective time management
- Good in command and effective instruction to staff
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Good to handling and resolve any problem with any condition
- Fast learner, less supervision, willingly to gain more knowledge
- Age range between 30-35 years old

**Responsibility**
- Proven customer support experience, fast response
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask, prioritize
- Assist customer ordering
- Responsible to make a jobsheet
- Make a quotation and invoice
- Communicate with various level of department to make sure customers' orders can deliver out on exact date
- Monitor admin in order to avoid overdue job, overlooked orders and so on
- Make sure all jobs will be running smoothly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM4,200.00 per month
