**Job scope**
- To supervise and operates recreation attractions and recreational games station throughout the park
- Ensure that the guest recruitment rate for recreational activities is high
- To host and manage all shows and competitions, ensuring punctuality, quality, and entertainment while adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Encourage and focus on having guests learn skills and develop interests in the many recreational activities hosted throughout the day
- Provide excellence customer service to our customers
- Supervise Base Camp and its facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction with regards to fun, safety and cleanliness in an organised manner
- Organise and coordinate events, activities and games for groups relevant to the age group and guest demands, ensuring they are conducted professionally
- Ensure punctuality and quality in the events associated with the team building program such as but not limited to group meals, presentations, briefings and all activities
- Work closely with Sales Department on upcoming events for Corporate Team Building, School Visit, Birthday Party and Base Camp
- Carry out walk-in and appointment type of site inspection for Corporate, School, Travel Agents, Family & Friends (Birthday Party) and Media / Video Shooting Enquiries.
- Ensure all customer satisfaction and allow for proper feedback to be conveyed back to the management for improvement
- Properly maintain and create records and documentations with accurate and up to date information, according to company and legal standards
- Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of department by suggesting improvement wherever needed.
- To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure Group’s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years in recreations, team building background, coordinating events with a 5 years of proven management experience
- Intermediate level of spoken English and BM
- Communications skills
- Reporting skills
- Excellent leadership skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
