**Job scope**:
- Responsible for the incorporation/de-registration, preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other corporate secretarial documents
- Familiar with MBRS and submission of Annual Returns (AR)
- Filing of corporate secretarial documents via MYCOID, estamp and others relevant
- Maintain and update all statutory records and register books
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least MAICSA Certificate, partially MAICSA or Bachelor in related field
- Possess 4-5 years' experience in the secretarial field and familiar with the Companies Act 2016
- Positive attitude with abilities to handle the works independently
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Good interpersonalm, report writing, computer and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
