**Job scope**:

- Assist Company Secretary in all aspects of corporate secretarial work
- To ensure compliance with the SSM, companies act, guidelines & requirements
- To update and maintain statutory records

**Requirements**:

- LCCI /DIPLOMA / pursuing ICSA course
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Language : English & Mandarin
- SENIOR POSITION : 2-3 years of experience in company secretarial practice
- JUNIOR POSITION : Fresh graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
