One of the fastest-growing museum franchises in the world is looking for a sales coordinator

We are looking for someone to be the Sales Manager/Coordinator of the Museum of Illusions. This position will involve establishing a sales pipeline, maximizing, and maintaining sales volume and developing the strategy and tactics for all sales activities.

Your primary duties will include:

- Corporate outreach: actively reach out to corporate clients to market and sell museum events, leveraging the venue for corporate functions and gatherings
- Establishing and maintaining professional networking
- Annual sales strategy and planning aimed at achieving established KPIs while maintaining maximum museum occupancy
- Implementing sales program by developing field sales and plans of action
- Maximizing sales volume and maintaining it
- Building excellent customer relationships on a B2C and B2B level
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Planning and monitoring job results
- Generating reports and analyzing performance (guest trends, peaks, visitors numbers, revenue )
- Managing the marketing budget and creating monthly plans
- Working closely with the marketing team providing all relevant information about the sales and marketing-related activities and insights
- Coordinating with influencers
- Creating a marketing calendar, closely monitoring marketing and sales KPIs, and reporting
- Organizing and coordinating museum events

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the entertainment industry
- MS Office knowledge is mandatory
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High proactivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work at a high-level of proficiency.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Understanding of financial principles related to sales

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
