**Job responsibilities**
- Perform monthly tax accounting (corporate income tax & deferred tax provision)
- Perform tax compliance work (corporate income tax return, WHT filing, GST return, FBT return, etc.) for entities within ASP region.
- Perform tax-related journal voucher posting and tax accounts reconciliation.
- Preparation of local transfer pricing documentation for entities within ASP region
- Ad-hoc tax projects as needed (e.g. tax audit preparation, process improvement, new tax implementation, etc)
- Liaison with colleagues from various departments, in-house customer (i.e. local tax team), external tax consultants and tax authorities in a respectful and professional manner.

**Qualification and Skills**
- A recognized Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Tax
- Minimum of 2-4 years working experience in in-house tax department / tax shared services of MNCs or Big4/ mid-size accounting firm
- Working experience in corporate tax compliance and general knowledge in other tax areas (e.g. tax accounting, WHT, GST/VAT/SST, transfer pricing, etc) is required
- Knowledge or experience in foreign tax compliance in ASP region will be an added advantage
- Preferably experience working in SAP system or other major ERP system.
- Good English language proficiency, both verbal and written
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong numerical and data analytical skills with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines and complete task efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work independently on the given portfolio in a supportive environment.
