Sales Representative Officer Job Scope:

- Develop new customers and manage existing accounts to promote further sales and services.
- Responsible for self-managed full sales cycle: Generating prospects, handling customers' enquiry, sales presentation & consultation, closing the sales, payment collection and after-sales service.
- Building company & product image.
- Generate reports and provide market feedback.
- Achieve annual sales targets given by management.
- Involvement in department’s processes continuous improvement.
- Work with related departments to resolve and smoothen out operational issues.
- Participate in company continuous improvement projects and internal audits.
- Assist in preparation of overseas business trip or trade shows.
- Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time. Sales Officer Job Scope:

- Issue purchase requisitions, monitor orders, attend and support customers’ requests on any change of orders.
- Support Sales Admin Department in handling Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order and shipment's data entry.
- To check all suppliers and service provider’s Invoice and Delivery Order.
- To update and maintain all customer's shipping documents and files.
- Liaise closely with indoor sales officers to ensure proper communication of customers’ needs.
- Identify & resolve customer concern & complains.
- Work closely with Planners and Logistics Team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Build and strengthen good rapport with customers.
- Coordinate with another department for customer requirement.
- Arrange with logistics for stock delivery to customer. Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in handling Export / International sales.
- Out-going & willing to meet new people.
- Willing to learn & understand the technical side of the product.
- Possess valid international passport and able to travel oversea.
- Teamwork, problem-solving as an individual & as a team.
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
