Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports
- Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation
- Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with legal and company policy
- Research and keep up to date with available grants and loans applicable to the business
- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Company Secretary, Bankers and etc
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department

**Office Details**:

- Standard hours is Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
- Part time is available. Pay is negotiable, can discuss during interview
- Full time role will also include admin, at RM2,000-RM2,500 per month depending on experience
- Office based in Taman Danau Desa, near Midvalley
- Work from home is not available due to handling sensitive documents

**Public transport to office**:

- MRT to Kuchai Lama then MRT bus stops outside office building
- LRT to Pasar Seni/KL Sentral then 650 bus stops outside office building
- KTM to Midvalley then Grab to office

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable ability to complete yearly full set accounts and monthly accounts by 7th of each month

**Languages**:

- Required: English (Professional) and Bahasa Malaysia
