Account Executive

Job Description:
- Maintaining full set of accounting records of the Company in accordance with the relevant standards and statutory requirements including ensuring the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of the P&L statements.
- Ensure compliance of all local regulations, taxation, audit and statutory reporting in Malaysia.
- Manage day to day finance operations and cost accounting functions.
- Able to handle accounting system - QNE
- Carry out daily / monthly accounting functions including AP/ AR, cash book, GL and reconciliations to keep records up to date
- Liaison with the external auditors, internal auditors and tax agents on annual audit and tax matters
- Maintaining up to date debtor & creditor aging
Requirement:
- Required language(s): Malaysia & English
- Knowledge in using Accounting software will be an added advantage(QNE,SQL,MYOB,UBS)
- Must be a team player with initiative, willing to learn and able to take instruction
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
