Perform functions to support Sales & Marketing team, company e-commerce structure, product specialist team and its administrative managements. - Support and teamwork with colleague on the company e commerce and digital publication and marketing administration and requirements. - Creating sales documents, proposals, brochures; Processing contracts and paper works generated by your assigned sales & marketing department. - Perform administrative office-based duties on behalf of your assigned department executives. - Maintains an accurate and updated database of customer information such as correspondence addresses & contacts, placement site and billing preferences. - Maintain a good filing system of both softcopy and hardcopy proposals & its related documents. - Monitors the progress of on-going orders and projects generated by assigned department. - Acts as a customer service agent, handling and prioritizing the influx of customer requests and complaints. - Establish a good relationship between the customer; principal supplier and the company at all times. - Share reception duties, such as taking telephone inquiries and screening visiting clients & supplier. - To carry out any other duties with the company or whatsoever the board of directors of the company may assign from time to time. - Pleasant personality and hardworking
